Nasrallah: Lebanese National Resistance Had Accomplished Most Important Operation For Exchange of Prisoners

Damascus,SANA_ Secretary General of Hezbollah Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said Thursday that the Lebanese national resistance had accomplished the most important operation for the exchange of prisoners, reminding of Al-Redwan Operation accomplished last May and in which all detainees in Israeli prisons, including chief of detainees Samir Qintar, were freed.

In a press conference to commemorate the “Freedom Day” broadcast by al-Mamnr TV, Nasrallah stressed that the anniversary of the liberation of prisoners is appropriate to recall and stand by the Syrians, Palestinians and Arab prisoners who are experiencing harsh conditions in Israeli jails.

He affirmed that the aim of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip was the elimination of the Palestinian resistance and bringing down Hamas and other Palestinian politically, psychologically and morally to accept Israeli conditions regarding any new settlement.

Sayyed Nasrallah clarified that strength of the political leadership of the resistance, the legendary steadfastness of the resistance in Gaza and the historical stance of Gaza people have thwarted the achievement of the Israeli goals and provided the image that the resistance is ready to fight until the last drop of blood.
